Rules & Management Policies

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your
co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and "Elim Guest Inn" (hereinafter called Elim) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s). In Addition to this, a copy of this rules and management policy is also kept in all guest rooms for guest to read and understand the management policies.

Elim is a smoke-free building. We thank you for not smoking!

Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on our premises.

Room Check-in/Check-out

Room check in is from 2pm. Check out is until 11am. All departures after 11am will be considered as late departure and additional cost of $5 USD per hour will be applied to Guest’s account.

Bedroom

Our standard is to change your bed linen every third day of your stay and again at checkout. If you would like your linens changed sooner, just let us know and we will gladly do so.

Bathroom

A towel on the hook or rack means “I will use it again.” A towel on the floor means “please replace.”

Loss or Damage to Elim’s Property

The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Elim’s property caused by

themselves, their guests or persons for whom they are responsible. For any damage or loss to

Elim’s property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage or loss to the property.

Guest’s Belongings

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest belongings from the guest room or any other part of the premise for any cause including theft.

Elim Guest Inn Management

Please present your ID card or Passport upon check-in. These documents will be returned upon departure.
